Complaints Procedure

Debts Info Centre believes in delivering excellent customer service, giving our customer discreet information and assistance in all financial matters. It is important to us that they receive a high level of customer service but we are aware sometimes things can go wrong, and if they do we will address any issues raised as soon as possible and contact to resolve.

Procedure
Our Compliance Team will contact the complainant within three working days to confirm receipt of the complaint and strive to resolve there and then if we can. The Compliance Team will then conduct a full review before issuing a letter of response within ten working days of the complaint.

 

On the rare occasion that we are unable to resolve a complaint within that time, then we will always write to explain the reasons why and indicate how long it will take to resolve.
